The design of PQT table provides a compartment for external objects that are not in use when dining. This table was designed so people could leave items such as cellphones, keys, sunglasses etc.. off the table, but still within reach.  The table is done in solid walnut with a band of folded steel.  The steel is natural and patina with a protective clear coat to prevent further rust.
